Overview

At Pink Ember MKTG & Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and marketing services tailored to each client's unique needs. Our services require extensive resources, time, creative labor, and internal expenses from the moment a project begins. Because of the nature of our work, all payments made for services are non-refundable.

By engaging Pink Ember MKTG & Co. for any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

All Services Are Non-Refundable

All fees collected by Pink Ember MKTG & Co. are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to:

• Photography (editorial, product, lifestyle, event, and portrait)

• Cinematography and video production

• AI content creation

• Social media management and content creation

• YouTube production and channel management

• Podcast production

• Branding and brand identity design

• Web design and development

• Graphic design and print materials

• Branded merchandise design

• Retainer-based services and monthly packages

• Consulting and strategy sessions

Once a payment or deposit is made, no refunds will be issued, even if fees were paid in advance.

Deposits and Retainers

All deposits paid to secure services, reserve production dates, or initiate a project are non-refundable. Deposits represent a commitment of resources and scheduling on the part of Pink Ember MKTG & Co. and compensate for opportunities declined to accommodate your project.

Retainer payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable, even if services are canceled mid-cycle. Clients are responsible for fulfilling any outstanding financial obligations as outlined in their service agreement.

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client for any reason:

• All payments and deposits made prior to cancellation will be retained by Pink Ember MKTG & Co.

• Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond what has already been paid.

• Any completed deliverables up to the point of cancellation remain the property of Pink Ember MKTG & Co. until full payment is received per the original service agreement.

• Projects that are abandoned or go dormant for more than 30 days without communication may be considered canceled. No refunds or credits will be issued for dormant projects.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

• Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Domain registrations and hosting fees

• Stock media licenses

• Software subscriptions or tools purchased for the project

• Printing and production costs

• Shipping and fulfillment for branded merchandise

• Subcontractor or freelancer fees

Once funds have been allocated to third-party vendors or platforms, they cannot be recovered or refunded.

Revisions and Satisfaction

We take pride in our work and want every client to be thrilled with their deliverables. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your project, we encourage you to communicate with us directly. We include a revision process in our service agreements and are committed to working collaboratively to ensure the final product meets your expectations within the agreed-upon scope of work.

However, dissatisfaction with completed work does not constitute grounds for a refund. Revisions beyond the scope outlined in your service agreement may incur additional fees.

Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the client through a bank or credit card company, all services and active projects will be immediately suspended. In such cases, Pink Ember MKTG & Co. reserves the right to reverse or withhold all completed work, revoke access to deliverables, and pursue the outstanding balance through appropriate legal channels. Clients are responsible for any fees incurred by Pink Ember MKTG & Co. as a result of chargebacks or disputes, including legal and administrative costs.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Pink Ember MKTG & Co.:

• Duplicate payments or billing errors made by Pink Ember MKTG & Co.

• Services that were not initiated as agreed due to fault on the part of Pink Ember MKTG & Co.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 10 to 20 business days to process.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule a shoot, session, or project milestone, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be accommodated at no additional charge with adequate notice as outlined in your service agreement. Last-minute rescheduling or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Service Credits

While we do not offer refunds, in certain cases and at our sole discretion, Pink Ember MKTG & Co. may issue a credit toward future services. Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
